THE POOL HOUSE
This pool house boasts a contemporary design with exposed timber rafter ceilings that have been wrapped with lining boards to create a softer interior aesthetic. The lofted ceilings are strategically uplit during evenings to offset the cool blue allure of the swimming pool, creating an illuminated feature.
The heart of the living space features a grey stone-clad gas fireplace surrounded by custom vertical routed timber built-in joinery. The joinery includes a fold-down bed, robes, and book shelving for added functionality. A modern timber-lined kitchenette with stone benchtops is situated at one end of the pool house, while a spacious steam room wrapped in floor-to-ceiling white penny round tiles with contrasting black tapware balances the design at the other end.
